Those are awesome costumes. Defiantly worth the all-nighters.
This is how things should be. Our society is going down hill.
I love finding out there’s a bug in my room late at night when I’m on my laptop and suddenly it just freaking flies onto my screen and I shriek
Try waking up to find several buggs trying to cuddle with you at 2am!
We all have that one weird noise we can make…
How did we ever figure out we could make those noises?
We mimicked what we heard till it either sounded the same or sounded cooler. People are that bored.
There is a world that is slowly being forgotten. People are becoming so wrapped up in technology and the latest trends and tv shows that they forget to look at the world around them.
Taking a Drive through the country is ok but you still miss things and there is a lot out there to see.
Over time I’ll try to paint you a picture of the world I see as I travel throughout my little bubble of NJ.
To start off with something every one is familiar with but may have never thought about, let’s look at the sky.
In the spring and summer nothing makes me want to wander near and far like the clear blue sky. After three months of clouds or even a day of them an empty blue sky seems limitless.
That vast dome above fading from a soft white (almost like fair weather clouds) to a soft powder blue then to a strong, clear, calming blue that will never change.
Especially on the open roads it feels like the sky goes on forever. Yet it seams that if you only went far enough that you’d be able to touch the sky. The longer you look into the sky ( not the sun) the deeper it gets. Like the open sea, the sky appears to go on for eternity.
That feeling of endlessness that the sky emanates can cause great feelings of wanderlust. It seams that you can go anywhere if you only started now.
On top of hills you can truly see how far the sky goes. It overtops the misty hills in the distance. But the clear expanse of sky gives the belief that a short trip will get you to the edge.
Now imagine how small you feel under that giant blue dome. Me, I feel so small and insignificant that it amazes me that the actions of some men can effect the whole dome not just the small section that you can see.
In confined spaces like the woods, the clear blue of the sky still gives the impression of how huge the world is. Every thing looks bigger under a cloudless sky. It also makes everything brighter.
So get out on foot or on a bike a see for your selves what the world holds and what you’ve been missing.
